Is this a technical audit?+
Not primarily. Percensa records technical and accessibility signals, but its central purpose is creative judgment: comprehension, differentiation, trust, persuasion, hierarchy, story, and decision architecture.
Does Percensa redesign my website?+
No. It shows what to preserve, what to change, why it matters, and what deserves priority. That makes a redesign more intelligent, and sometimes reveals that a redesign is unnecessary.
How many pages are reviewed?+
Percensa inspects the homepage and a representative set of key public pages selected from the site’s structure. Extremely large or specialized sites may receive a scoped review.
How long does it take?+
Most critiques are expected to complete within 20–40 minutes. Complex sites, browser defenses, and unusually large evidence sets can take longer.
What if my site blocks inspection?+
Percensa will not pretend it saw evidence it could not access. If a credible critique cannot be completed, the run will stop and the payment can be refunded.
Is the report private?+
Reports are available through unguessable, cryptographically signed links. Anyone with the link can view the report, so treat it as private and do not post it publicly unless you intend to share it.
Will the findings always be right?+
No serious creative judgment can promise infallibility. Percensa distinguishes observed facts from supported interpretation and inference, reports confidence, and preserves meaningful Jury Splits rather than manufacturing certainty.
