Privacy

What we collect

Percensa collects the website URL and email address you submit, payment status from Stripe, technical run data, and the resulting critique. Percensa does not receive or store your complete card details.

How we use it

We use this information to process payment, run and deliver the critique, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve the Percensa Method. We do not sell customer information.

Public websites

Percensa analyzes publicly accessible pages and may retain rendered evidence needed to substantiate the report. Do not submit private systems, pages containing confidential information, or URLs with embedded credentials.

Report links

Reports use cryptographically signed bearer links. Anyone who receives the link can view the report. Contact support if a link must be invalidated or a report deleted.

Retention and requests

Beta reports and operational records are retained while the product is being evaluated unless deletion is requested. This policy will be finalized before public launch.
